Running Accomplishments:

I ran cross country last year and I loved it! I improved a lot over the course of one season. It was my first year running.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Track- I want to be able to run a mile in 06:30. Currently at 06:34

XC- Run a 5k in 22 minutes. (2017, at 23:40)

Also run varsity before high school is over. 

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to continue running and eventually do a marathon with my Aunt Amber. 

Personal:

I have a beast best friend named Kylee who listens to my rants about stupid stuff & lets me know that I don't suck : )

15 minutes. 

I had dance today at 4 so I only got a 15 minute run in before I had to leave. In dance we did a lot of jumps and turns. It was soooooo fun. My balance was really good so that was exciting. The team banquet was super fun but I'm bummed cause that means the season is technically over : ( I'm excited for the run tomorrow to turkey farm.
