It was my first year running. Short-Term Running Goals: Track- I want to be able to run a mile in 06:30. Currently at 06:34
XC- Run a 5k in 22 minutes. (2017, at 23:40)
Also run varsity before high school is over.

| | Today I felt terrible. My legs were cramping up and I could not breathe. I wanted to only do 4 striders instead of 6 but Kylee got me going and I finished the whole run. Afterwards I felt great and am so thankful that Kylee pushes me. She is the BEST!!!
