Highschool Champ

Running Accomplishments:

I ran cross country last year and I loved it! I improved a lot over the course of one season. It was my first year running.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Track- I want to be able to run a mile in 06:30. Currently at 06:34

XC- Run a 5k in 22 minutes. (2017, at 23:40)

Also run varsity before high school is over. 

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to continue running and eventually do a marathon with my Aunt Amber. 

Personal:

I have a beast best friend named Kylee who listens to my rants about stupid stuff & lets me know that I don't suck : )

So I was really excited to run while I was on vacaton but then the whole family got sick so I couldn't run half of the time which stunk.

Just got to our cabin in canada last night and my mom didnt want us running by ourselves in a forest so we went mountain biking with our dad. It was way fun but really exhausting because of the altitude change. On our way down the mountain I flipped my bike into a mud pit/puddle and totally biffed it. It hurt really bad but my dad made me go again he next day so I could "over come the hill" : ) We went for 75 minutes

We only went 55 to 60 minutes today becsuse my knees and hips were really sore from yesterday but it was still fun up in the mountains

I knew that I wouldnt be able to run tomorrow so when we finally got to the hotel I made jessica run with me in the fitness room. We ran for 30 minutes before the family left the pool and we had to go. I used to loventhe treadmill but now it sucks : ) I would much rather run outside. Kylee also txted me and reminded me to keep running while on vacation so I wanted to be able to tell her that I ran when I had the chance to.
