XC- Run a 5k in 22 minutes. (2017, at 23:40)
Also run varsity before high school is over.

Today was a work out and I was really excited cause I love track workouts. When we started out I was all like, "Wow, this is either really easy and coach loves us or I am in shape SOOO GOOOD right now!" and then we hit out first CV and I totally felt like I had died : ) But in a good way. So that was a fun work out and I stayed with brynnli the whole way and we are going to improve a lot duing this season.

This workout thing felt really good. It felt kind of slow at the beginning but as we continued at that pace it started it become a little harder but not too bad. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but we were 5 to 10 seconds fast every set so I don't know. It felt pretty good though.

So I kind of didn't want to come to practice today just cause my day hadn't been so great but I knew that if I didn't come that Kylee would freak out so I came anyways. But after my run, and a few miles of ranting, I felt better. Also that sprint thing that we did was kinda fun. I also like those exercises where we jump over the lines. It kinda reminds me of dance.

Today's work out was SOOOOOOOO fun and my day was so much better than yesterday. I stayed with kylee and bentley the whole time and we were helping each other out. Bentley was also a huge help. We worked on our form and breathing a whole bunch of other stuff. My knee has been hurting recently but while we were working on our form it didn't hurt at all. So that was good. Hailey also stayed with us and she ROCKED IT!!! It was also way cool to have Coach Holt run with us and show us how to run better. It was really helpful. Excited for tomorrow. I really like track workouts!

So I finally was able to run again and it made me so happy cause my legs were really tired from not running. I only ran 35 cause my legs were dying but I still got in the range of my minutes so that was good. Also Kylee and I found this super sick stiker that said "life is rad" so I am going to make one for Kylee if I ever remember to. Yep and I going to do my squat things now so yep.

So my 6 minute test was not very good. But I was only 73 meters slower than my last test so I'm looking at the positive side. I thought that I was going to die but I always feel like dying so. But the hill things were fun but I probably only should have done one but I did 2 any ways. But weights were super fun but I'm am not going to be able to walk tomorrow or probably for a week. :) I wasn't even looking at the weight of the squats bar I just did it and it was really heavy. I was like "dang I didn't know I was this out of shape" but then I looked at the weight and it was 90 POUNDS! I was like well no wonder I felt like I was being squashed. But it was fun so yep. Also I love Kylee and she was really good at making sure that I didn't do anything that will make my knees worse and I'm super excited for us to complete our goals this year and it will be super rad.

| | I didn't run today because my knee still hurts pretty bad but I am icing/heating my knee which is helping. I also did my squat thingys and stretched. And I'm super proud of Kylee for running her full minutes, even on the days where she has to run by herself. She is a beast.

So I think that I made my ankle/knee worse cause in PE we were playing soccor and I wasnt trying that hard cause it hurt but then I blocked a ball and got kicked in the shin so that sucked but hey we didnt get scored on lol! So I only went 5 minutes out then it was hurting so I turned back. And I decided to not do the rootbeer mile, and I really wanted to do to- weird right. But to give into my stupid brain just a little bit, I ran and drank Kylee's last lap with her. And that sucked so I don't know why I wanted to do that but next year I am going to run it full out and try to get under 20 minutes!!! Yay! : ) Also I CANNOT WAIT until friday cause I am going to a Cinderella Ballet for my birthday and I am SOOOOOOO excited!!!!! Also school was pretty fun today but I like my B day classes better though. Also I have been doing my one legged squats every day.

This was the longest run that I have been on since my knee was being dumb and it felt really good. My knee hasn't been hurting all week but after the run it felt sore and later it starting hurting but not as much as it has been. So thats good news. I was also going to go to morning practice today but then I had to drive with the instructor but when I was driving I saw them on the way to artic circle. Mr. Brockman scares me, so hopefully he too strict on every single rule.

It felt good to run but it was FREEZING so Kylee and I stopped by my house to grab gloves and hats which helped big time for me. But my the end of our run my legs were literally the same color or my pink socks😂 It was way weird.

It was strange running at 5 but when I got home I learned how to change a tire, brakes, and basically every oil thing in the engine. It was fun but WAY messy. It was also way weird with whatever happened at school today. It was kinda exciting if a very odd and strange way lol. But I'm glad that it's over

| | So I was really nervous for the Panther Relays today but it turned out to be WAYYYYY fun. First I did the distance medley with me running the 1200, Alli Brown running the 400, Maddy running the 800, and Kylee running the 1600. It was super hot during the race but it felt good to run a race. After that I did a medley where Rayne ran the 200, I ran the 200, Maddy ran the 400, and Kylee ran the 800. It was SUPER FUN!!!!! I thought that I wouldn't like it cause it was a sprinters race but it was sooooo fun. I loved it! After that I ran the 4x400 with Pyper, Gracie, and Ellie and that was fun too. A lot of people were telling me that they hate the 400 but if the 200 was fun and the 800 is fun then the 400 must be too. And it was. I was happy cause I have never ran any of those races before so it was fun and exciting to try new ones and actually like them.
