40 minutes
So my 6 minute test was not very good. But I was only 73 meters slower than my last test so I'm looking at the positive side. I thought that I was going to die but I always feel like dying so. But the hill things were fun but I probably only should have done one but I did 2 any ways. But weights were super fun but I'm am not going to be able to walk tomorrow or probably for a week. :) I wasn't even looking at the weight of the squats bar I just did it and it was really heavy. I was like "dang I didn't know I was this out of shape" but then I looked at the weight and it was 90 POUNDS! I was like well no wonder I felt like I was being squashed. But it was fun so yep. Also I love Kylee and she was really good at making sure that I didn't do anything that will make my knees worse and I'm super excited for us to complete our goals this year and it will be super rad.
