I ran cross country last year and I loved it! I improved a lot over the course of one season. It was my first year running.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Track- I want to be able to run a mile in 06:30. Currently at 06:34
XC- Run a 5k in 22 minutes. (2017, at 23:40)
Also run varsity before high school is over.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I want to continue running and eventually do a marathon with my Aunt Amber.
I have a beast best friend named Kylee who listens to my rants about stupid stuff & lets me know that I don't suck : )
Kylee met at my house and we ran towards dixie rock. It as FREEZING Cold but it felt good to be running. Then after we ate french toast with strawberries and whip cream. It was super yummy.
Sounds like a fun run.
