Today was a work out and I was really excited cause I love track workouts. When we started out I was all like, "Wow, this is either really easy and coach loves us or I am in shape SOOO GOOOD right now!" and then we hit out first CV and I totally felt like I had died : ) But in a good way. So that was a fun work out and I stayed with brynnli the whole way and we are going to improve a lot duing this season.
