I ran cross country last year and I loved it! I improved a lot over the course of one season. It was my first year running.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Track- I want to be able to run a mile in 06:30. Currently at 06:34
XC- Run a 5k in 22 minutes. (2017, at 23:40)
Also run varsity before high school is over.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I want to continue running and eventually do a marathon with my Aunt Amber.
Ok I've had my break : ) it lasted two days and I'm already freaking out. My legs are feeling weird and I dont have a rant session with kylee : ( this sucks.
