I ran cross country last year and I loved it! I improved a lot over the course of one season. It was my first year running.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Track- I want to be able to run a mile in 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
XC- Run a 5k in 22 minutes.
Also run varsity before high school is over.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I want to continue running and eventually do a marathon with my Aunt Amber.
It felt really nice to run again but boy did my legs hurt. One week of not running really killed me : )
