I ran cross country last year and I loved it! I improved a lot over the course of one season. It was my first year running.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Track- I want to be able to run a mile in 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
XC- Run a 5k in 22 minutes.
Also run varsity before high school is over.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I want to continue running and eventually do a marathon with my Aunt Amber.
35 minutes. I ran with Jessica today and my legs felt good but were a little sore from weights.
35 minutes in the morning with 6 striders then I went to weights and did a 10 minute run after.
Todays long run felt really good to stretch my legs. Kylee and I ran 45 minutes.
