I ran cross country last year and I loved it! I improved a lot over the course of one season. It was my first year running.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I want to be able to run a mile in 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I want to continue running and eventually do a marathon with my Aunt.
2x1min@CV, 6x1min(3@Tempo, 3@Thresh), 2x1min@CV equal rec w/ lap betw sets; 10 warm/cool to time
Rootbeer mile. That sucked! : ) I was on my 3rd can when the time ran out. It was fun though.
