Today's work out was SOOOOOOOO fun and my day was so much better than yesterday. I stayed with kylee and bentley the whole time and we were helping each other out. Bentley was also a huge help. We worked on our form and breathing a whole bunch of other stuff. My knee has been hurting recently but while we were working on our form it didn't hurt at all. So that was good. Hailey also stayed with us and she ROCKED IT!!! It was also way cool to have Coach Holt run with us and show us how to run better. It was really helpful. Excited for tomorrow. I really like track workouts!
